Certain features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing cadence and included features will be presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You agree not to misuse FitIntel. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the service, and using the service to violate any law.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to FitIntel. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

FitIntel, its logos, product design, source code and content are the intellectual property of FitIntel and are protected by applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitIntel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. FitIntel does not provide medical advice.

You may stop using FitIntel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Refund eligibility depends on the plan you purchase and applicable consumer law. Contact support to request a refund.
