We use trusted third-party providers to run FitIntel (for example, hosting and database infrastructure). These providers only process data on our behalf and under strict contractual protections.

If you are in the UK or EU, FitIntel processes your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent and the performance of our contract with you.
